Shipping & Returns

You can place an order with Michelle Massoura by appointment at our showroom, via phone/WhatsApp at +35799722335, or through our Instagram page. For international orders, please send us an email so we can direct you to one of our stockists.

DELIVERY ORDERS WITHIN CYPRUS

Orders for delivery within Cyprus can be placed directly via phone/WhatsApp at +35799722335 or through our Instagram page.

Delivery is free of charge via our affiliate courier, or you may choose to collect your order from our showroom.

Returns and Exchanges (online/phone orders)

You may choose to cancel your order and ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, using the same method through which the order was placed. All necessary details and instructions will be provided to you once your request is received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised/customised orders or products made to the consumer’s specifications. 

If you withdraw from your sales contract, we will refund all payments received from you, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return cancelled orders to: Michelle Massoura Ltd, 20 Stasikratous, Office 103, 1065 Nicosia, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal. The cost of return delivery is borne by the buyer. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

All products must be returned in brand new condition, unused and with all protective materials in place and in their original packaging. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and we confirm that they are in conformity with the aforesaid conditions. We may deduct an appropriate amount if the item shows signs of use or diminished value.

We reserve the right not to accept returns (or reduce any refund) if items show signs of wear or have been used, washed or altered in any way. You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund, and you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. 

Repeated return/exchange requests may be flagged and, at our discretion, could be declined or result in future orders being refused.

SHOWROOM PURCHASES

You may place an order with Michelle Massoura directly at our showroom by appointment.

Items purchased at our showroom may be exchanged for another item or gift card of equal value, within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in a new and unused condition, with all protective materials in place and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all invoices and documentation received with your purchase are retained, as they will be required for any exchange.

We regrettably cannot accept returns on personalised or customised orders, or on products made to the consumer’s specifications. Items on sale may also not be eligible for return, in which case this will be clearly stated in the product description.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

In the unlikely event that an item is not in conformity with its description, please contact us as soon as possible. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item.

Products are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described. All returned items will be inspected and any items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear or by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty. However, we will still be happy to assist you either by repairing or replacing your product at a relevant cost agreed upon by both parties.

If the product is confirmed as faulty, we will repair and return it free of charge. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
