We provide an intimate and personable experience, that is available both in person at our Nicosia showroom, or virtually.

Discovery and Design

We begin the design process by arranging a personal appointment to discuss your vision, your personal style and the timeframe for your custom design project. If you are unable to visit our Nicosia showroom in person, we will accommodate you virtually and offer the same level of care as we do with our in-person appointments. During this stage you can share with us any inspiration and ideas you have, your metal preference, your style when it comes to wearing jewellery and your lifestyle as all these will impact the final design. We will provide you with renderings of your custom jewellery piece before we begin the production process, to ensure that you love the finished result.

STONE SELECTION

If we are creating a new piece from scratch, we will begin the process of mindfully sourcing beautiful gemstones or diamonds for you to choose from, that match your preferences. If we are re-setting and re-imaging an existing piece of jewellery you own, we will need you to bring in the piece so we can examine it, remove the gemstone from its original setting and offer our advise on how to best approach its new design.

FABRICATION

All of our pieces are crafted by skilled artisans, locally in Cyprus. We generally require two to three weeks for our bespoke process. Each piece we create, is meticulously crafted for you.

Delivery

Upon completion of your custom piece, we will ensure it meets all your expectations, is comfortable to wear and matches the vision you had for it. Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a warranty against all craftsmanship defects. We hope this new jewellery piece will bring you joy when you wear it.
